Our history and inventory

The owner of Frey’s Antiques is a complex multi-talented corporate giant. Mr. Frey is an antique establishment owner because of his passion. His passion for antiquity, his passion for workmanship, his passion for fine solid woods, veneers, marquetry, style, and hardware. He loves the hunt, to find the beloved family treasures and to care for them until they are delivered to a grateful home.
This is a passion in his personal life.

Formerly the head of General Electric Instrument, Teledyne Semiconductor and Microsemi, he is a powerful personality who loves antiques, tennis, and overseeing the many small business’ he owns from coast to coast.

Of all his business ventures, I believe his joy and pride is in the antiques. In 2004 he bought the Ramona Lanes Bowling Alley that was abandoned – located at 42151 E. Florida (State Highway 74), in Hemet. While renovating the building he determined that he would move the 7 antiques stores in Tustin and Orange that he owned to this new location and combine the inventory.

The remodeled building now houses 25,000 sq. ft. of museum quality antiques to simple treasures that can please any pocketbook. Frey’s has added a Christmas Store and a Primitive room which is currently under developement. For the gents we have several cases of knives, militaria, and what we all call, “guy things.”

We feature Victorian Silver, fine furniture, glassware, fine art, lovely pictures, jewelry, oriental rugs, lighting, clocks, china, primitives, toys, collectibles, porcelain, pottery, etc.
